Best Picture Oscar goes from 5 to 10

The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences have decided to return to ten films to be up for Best Picture Oscar instead of just five. The last time when more than five pictures were allowed to be nominated were between the years 1932-1943. During those years, eight to twelve films were allowed, on certain years.
