I have another blog I tried to post to and the Autosave worked on it, so appears to be a problem with some but not all blogs at the moment.
Follow-up: Blogger is still having autosave problems. If you are having the same issues, please write to them on the address given above.
I did write to them, and had some movement shortly afterwards (at least the blog started placing a proper date again), but it is not fixed yet.
Evening up date... I just tested my Blogger account again, and the autosave appears to be working again.
